The Mirabeau Room Joins Seattle’s Packed Dance Floor by Dave Segal @ The Stranger

April 21 marks the debut of the Mirabeau Room, a swank joint in lower Queen Anne. Meinert and Steichen plan to keep some continuity with Sorry Charlie’s, retaining beloved, standards pianist Howard Bulson every Sunday and during weekday happy hours along with the club’s ’60s cocktail-lounge vibe while opening up the space for dancing–both burlesque and your fresh moves to a smorgasbord of bleeding-edge electronica.
